Sona, a London-based platform built for frontline enterprises in retail, hospitality, healthcare and logistics, has closed a $45 million Series B round. The financing was led by N47, with continued backing from Felicis, Northzone, Gradient and Italian Founders Fund, and lifts the company total funding above $100 million. Founded in 2021, Sona brings scheduling, time and attendance, HR, payroll and communications into a single AI-native system aimed at deskless teams.
The company said the capital will accelerate its expansion in the United States and pull forward roadmap features for its agentic platform, including its Forge application builder. Chief executive Steffen Wulff Petersen said the business had compressed a ten-year product plan into roughly one year as AI reshaped what the platform could deliver. Early customers have reported labor cost savings in the low single digits.
