  • Membership Services: Premium memberships and subscriptions
  • Directory Services: Vendor and service provider directory listings

1.2 User: Any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.

1.3 Account: The credentials and profile created to access our Services.

1.4 Content: All information, data, text, software, graphics, assessments, or other materials available through our Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2.2 If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Assessment Applications – Specific Terms

4.1 Assessment Purpose:

  • Our assessment tools are designed for professional development and organizational insights
  • Results are for informational and developmental purposes only
  • Assessments should not be used as the sole basis for employment, promotion, or termination decisions

4.2 Assessment Data:

  • You retain ownership of your assessment responses
  • We process assessment data according to our Privacy Policy
  • Aggregate and anonymized data may be used for research and platform improvement
  • Individual assessment results are confidential and will not be shared without consent

4.3 AI-Powered Assessments:

  • AI-generated insights are based on algorithms and may not be 100% accurate
  • Users should apply professional judgment when interpreting AI recommendations
  • We continuously improve AI models but do not guarantee specific outcomes

4.4 Assessment Integrity:

  • Users must complete assessments honestly and independently
  • Sharing assessment access credentials is prohibited
  • Manipulating or falsifying assessment responses may result in account suspension

5. AwardsFlow Software – Specific Terms

5.1 Platform Usage:

  • AwardsFlow is provided for managing awards programs, nominations, and voting
  • Users must have proper authorization to create or manage awards programs
  • All nominations and votes must be genuine and not manipulated

5.2 Voting Integrity:

  • Vote manipulation, fraud, or automated voting is strictly prohibited
  • Each user is entitled to one vote per category unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to disqualify suspicious votes or participants

5.3 Award Programs:

  • Program administrators are responsible for setting fair and clear criteria
  • We are not responsible for disputes arising from award decisions
  • Award results are final once published by program administrators

5.4 Data Ownership:

  • Organizations retain ownership of their awards program data
  • We provide data export capabilities upon request
  • Platform shutdown or service termination includes data migration assistance

6. Membership and Subscriptions

6.1 Membership Tiers:

  • Different membership levels provide varying access to Services
  • Membership benefits are subject to change at the sole discretion of Global HR World
  • Unused membership benefits do not carry over or result in refunds

6.2 Payment Terms:

  • All fees are in INR/USD unless otherwise stated
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
  • Price changes will be updated on the website
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Members may cancel subscriptions at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are provided only in cases of billing errors
  • Partial refunds for unused time are not provided

7. Directory Services

7.1 Vendor Listings:

  • Directory listings must contain accurate and current information
  • Vendors are responsible for updating their profile information
  • False or misleading information may result in listing removal

7.2 Featured Listings:

  • Featured placement is a paid promotional service
  • Featured status does not constitute endorsement
  • We reserve the right to refuse featured listings that violate our standards

7.3 Reviews and Ratings:

  • Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
  • Fake reviews, paid reviews, or review manipulation is prohibited
  • We may remove reviews that violate our content policy
  • Vendors may respond to reviews but cannot demand removal of honest reviews

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content:

  • All Content on our Services is owned by Global HR World, Learning Everest Private Limited, or our licensors
  • Trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names are protected
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

8.2 User Content:

  • You retain ownership of content you submit to our Services
  • By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it
  • You represent that you have rights to all content you submit
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

8.3 Assessment Content:

  • All assessment questions, frameworks, and methodologies are proprietary
  • Copying, reproducing, or reverse-engineering assessments is prohibited
  • Screenshots or recordings of assessment content without permission is forbidden

9. Acceptable Use Policy

9.1 Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Scrape or mine data without permission
  • Use automated systems (bots) without authorization

9.2 Content Standards:

11.1 Service Availability:

  • Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services with notice

11.2 No Warranties:
